This is to inform you that I had made payment for Rs.178/- on 6th July 2023 towards recharge of mobile . The payment was not successful and recharge of mobile did not happen. I therefore request you to kindly make arrangements to refund the amount.

BSNL recharge unsuccessful to cell No.[protected] for Rs.699/- but amount not refunded...

My account was debited with Rs 107.00 on 22.03.2023 but was not credited to the merchant ( BSNL ) - message transfer failed but account is dr. I request you to refund the money back to my account at the earliest - A quick response would be highly obliged . "

Did recharge of 145 of my vi no. through mypangram. Amount got deducted but recharge not done...

Today my Videocon D2H was being recharged with Rs. 300/-, amount Rs. 291/- was debited, hwever, message received that recharge FAILED.
Since amount has not been credited into D2H, you are requested to refund Rs. 300/-...
