Please accept our request/complaint arrange the cod amount to return, take the item back

The saree received is completely different from that I ordered in the site. And when I tried to contact them for return they are not responding in phone or email.
I have paid 1000 rs for the saree and the quality of product is not good.

They aren't responding to any emails and calls regarding refunds. Cheap quality products are sent and the customer service is pathetic.

The saree they sent us poor quality. They don’t have any refund or exchange policy. Daylight robbery. Poor customer service .

They have delivered the cheap product.
They are not responding on mails and not even on Instagram even after seen.
They don’t have any contact number.
They are not refunding the order amount.
