I had placed an order for a saree with an order id 11564 on 15th feb 2022, and the saree was delivered today and I kaid Rs.999, Since the saree was very poor in quality and dull in colour, I wanted to return the saree and claim for the refund, I called customer care number, it is switched off, and sent several mails to contact them but no response from the seller till now, kindly help me to get the refund...

I ordered two sari from your company which delivered on 7/1/2022.

1. The delivery was delayed.
2. Wrong product is delivered.
It is requested to deliver the ordered product as mentioned in my order. 2 pics are attached for your reference. One of the product received and another of product ordered. I hope u will resolve the issue sooner.

I purchased a saree from their website on instagram, black in colour for Rs 999. What came was a product worth 200 rs and not the one I ordered. Now they are not picking my phone, email not working. I think I have been duped....
