Sir I got a phone call from this company for online job and I didn't get any work and now they are mailing me to give fine. I am a student from where i give money please help me out.

I am Paramjeet chauhan from Punjab. I got a phone call from this company for online job. After that I didn't get any work and now they are mailing me to give a fine of 3500 rupees. I am a student from where i give money please help me

I got a message in whatsapp message on February 21st offering an online part time job from the above mentioned company. They told me that limited vaccancies available and also need ti register now. They were not mentioned the company name till registration process and after that they told me the company name. Then i googled it and i understood that is fraudulent company and offer. Because of that i denayed working on it. After 2 weeks i got a call from the legal advisor named mahendra gupta asking me to pay 3500 or if i didn't pay it the are saying that they file a case against me. I'm a jobseeker so i couldn't afford for it.

On 19th Feb 2022 I got a call from Nestlogy Hiring Services that i applied for online fulltime and parttime job. A lady named Dhanshree call me and asked my information (id proof) for getting the form filling job . 1200 forms in 12 days
pay out of Rs 16 per correct entry. My system got crashed after using this website . It shows ''The site is not secure''. On 7th march i getting a call from Legal Advisor named Mahendra Gupta Saying that he is going to file a complaint against me under the Indian Contract Act.1872 . He threatned me that he will spoil my future. After sometimes he messaged me to pay admin charge of Rs 3500/- to solve the issue . If i didn't pay it he will take FIR against me. Then i have to pay 15000/- to 20000/- in court

The company is providing online work from due to some reason I didn't complete my work but now they are now back mail me about my future that they will spoil it this u r last chance n pay 3500 money but iam students I can't pay that much amount can u pls help out from this prblm

I got a WhatsApp message by offer a part time job from the above mentioned company and after searching in google it is understood that this is a fraud company and blackmailing for payments. Then I have replied to the WhatsApp number that I am not interested to do join the work. Now they asking Rs. 1500/- payment for withdrawal from the work. Basically I haven't signed the offer letter and understood that the offer letter itself is a fraud.

I fell into a data entry fraud job( filling 1200 forms in 12 days with 85% accuracy). Even I filled more than 90% forms correctly, they themselves changed the data and sent me a report that 85% is not achieved. I recorded all forms that I filled on last day so that I will be on safe side. Now an advocate named K.r Mane sent me a legal notice. What to do now?

Now I getting call from advocate named, Mahendra Gupta saying that he is going to file case against me under sec 420, and 45 as per Indian contract act. now he is saying if I didn't pay it he will take FIR against me. he say come to Cort

They add me on there data entry work .and give a 1200 forms for filling.after I was completed that work then the executive( her number-[protected])told me wait 3 days after I will get a QC report.after 3 days the legal advisor mahendra gupta(+[protected] My all works are fault I have to pay there charge 3500 immediately within 1 hour. Other wise he take action against me .If I go to court, I will have to pay Rs 25, 000. Saying so is blackmailing.take action against them

They add me to there work and give me link &1200 forms to complete.after I was completed that forms .and after 72 hrs they send a mail to me my forms are wrong and I need pay 3500 immediately otherwise they take action against me .this message was seded from a MAHINDRA GUPTA (+[protected]is this his phone number

0n 18th of February 2022 I got a call from Nestlogy Hiring Services that they are call me from this company and they got my number from quikr. I got call from [protected] for data entry form filling they provide me 1200 forms for 12 days. But thier told send details I have send their send me email to code their said enter mail id and code after enter code I'd next will come agreement I will ask their what this Madam thier said for verification enter photo after complete their said today onward u can start work but I said wait
tomorrow I will comform madam thier k next thier ask no i didn't work madam their said now he is saying if I didn't pay it he will take FIR against me. then i have to pay in court 25000 .but I will ask their wher is company I'd and company certificate from government she tell company based but I didn't pay any money . I have apply to job only my surroundings but thier where long I didn't apply that company .if your not fake then show company proof .

I have received a call from unknown number for job purpose, they tell me about the data entry job and send me a registration link. I applied for that job by giving my personal email ID and phone number. After I received a work of 1200 forms. I completed the all the 1200 forms. After 72 hours I receive a call from unknown number having a name Mahendra Gupta leagel advice department of Nestlogy hiring services. He said that you have to pay 3500 Ruppes for admin charges because your work is not having 85% accuracy.
I have submitted my work within the time correctly. But they are telling that you're not having 85% accuracy. I will raise a case through court of law from himachal Pradesh. So please help me out from this situation. I will be ever thankful to you.

They are blackmailing ms for that k need a quick action if it as im a student ihve lots of work abt my studies and I have personal issue in my family but they want there work complete here my grandma is rip they want work and now they blackmailing me
