Order not placed but money deducted. Nike is sending proof of refund. But, amount has not been credited to my bank account. Plz help me to my contact no 834036..3880...

On 28 Dec 2022, while purchasing shoes online on the website of Nike.com an amount of Rs 13, 145/- got debited to times of money ltd (internet banking services provider to the www.nike.com) but the order of shoes was not placed.

This transaction was made on 28 Dec 2022 and transaction ID was IGAOWOPRM2 .

kindly refund the amount of Rs 13145/- to the SBI account from which it is debited to Times Of Money Ltd at...

On 28 Dec 2022, I ordered Nike shoes in online store www.nike.com and Rs 13145/- debited from sbi saving account but the order was not placed but the money was debited to times of money Ltd. This transaction took place on 28/12/2022 and the transaction reference was IGAOWOPRM2.

Kindly refund the amount Rs 13145/- back to the SBI saving account at the earliest.
