This is mention you that on 22.12.2022 at around 10:22 pm, I made an online purchase at Nike.com for Rs. 16245 from Mizoram, India.
While payment, I selected the option for SBI online internet banking. After giving the necessary one time password, the payment of Rs. 16245 was debited from my account and it redirected to a page stating " Payment Error: We couldn't process your payment. Please try again with different payment method". My money is deducted but i do not receive any payment confirmation.
I have complaint at Nike.com website but my issue is not resolved yet. I need my order to get resolve from Nike.com
