Placed order for hair trimmer on 7th september. After the on-line payment I never received any mail / msg about the delivery. I guess the website is a fraud website. Kindly take the necessary action

I made a transaction to purchase a bycycle for my brother's birthday.Then i see the there is no transactions I'd was was provided or the number is given in the website is fake.its a totally fake website.

Ive recently bought a product from nine11 mall website which was pre-paid they not yet delivered the product please take action against this fake websites.
