Nisha Aircons had services my AC with 6 months warranty. However, after 3-4 days AC stopped working properly. It stopped cooling, ice is forming and water flowing out from indoor unit. Company has give me bill with contact details mentioned but they are not responding to the calls and not even replying the messages. I have been trying to reach them for last 2 weeks but all efforts gone waste.

These guys provide the WORST service and followup.

Firstly, they don't pickup calls promptly and keep post-poning any appointment. after 1 week of follow-up 2 people came and serviced the AC - Chemical cleaning of the indoor unit and Gas filling. But they did not fix the indoor unit properly after cleaning it; because of this, It has become very difficult to control AC with the remote, AC is not cutting off and unable to switch off with the remote. They charged me INR 6700/- for the below par work/service they did. I dont think they are proper qualified AC technicians.

I've been calling them every day to come back and fix it properly but they keep dodging the calls or give some lame reason like driving, out-of-station etc and if they pick up the call they will say i will definitely come tomorrow. But next day when you call they dont answer. This shows they seriously lack professionalism and don't respect their customers.

They gave me guarantee for 6 months for the gas filling. If they don't even take your call 1 week later, why will they respect you after 2, 3, 4 or 5 months. The guarantee they give is bogus so don't fall for it.

I would give them a -(minus)5 rating if i could. but have to settle with 0.5.

Please DON'T engage them for any repair work or transact with them. They have no accountability or responsibility.

I am Nesarajan from chennai. I was registered ac Repair complaint through[protected] toll free, they sent some Company Named Nisha Aircons. They cheated me, i have spent 11000 INR in total. After a week AC completely dead, Nisha Aircons not responding any more i called[protected] they also not responding. Please do the needful, i wany my money back, they not did repair anything cheating all customers like this. Attached bill copy for your reference.
