Nisha Aircons had services my AC with 6 months warranty. However, after 3-4 days AC stopped working properly. It stopped cooling, ice is forming and water flowing out from indoor unit. Company has give me bill with contact details mentioned but they are not responding to the calls and not even replying the messages. I have been trying to reach them for last 2 weeks but all efforts gone waste....

These guys provide the WORST service and followup.

Firstly, they don't pickup calls promptly and keep post-poning any appointment. after 1 week of follow-up 2 people came and serviced the AC - Chemical cleaning of the indoor unit and Gas filling. But they did not fix the indoor unit properly after cleaning it; because of this, It has become very difficult to control AC with the remote, AC is not cutting off and unable to switch...
