No Broker Packers And Movers Complaints & Reviews

I am writing this mail to raise a complaint with the nobroker team on the emotional turbulence I faced with the packers and movers of Nobroker. To put into context, I was not planning to go with Nobroker initially, however, since I relied on nobroker for its rental services, went ahead without giving much thought.

Coming to my issue, my shifting was scheduled on 24th Jan 2024 (Mumbai to Pune), and the team promised me a same day delivery with 100% on time guarantee (which I believe is mentioned in your app/site). Despite the fact that I personally enquiring multiple times on the delivery date, it was promised to me that the delivery would happen the same day well before time. My self, my wife, infant kid, my parents (senior citizen) arrived on time at the new location. However, the packers and movers didn't reach the venue and they cited there was a huge jam due to some local protests. The packers eventually reached the next day at 12.30 pm!!!

All this while, myself and my family got stranded in the new location. Had it been myself, I would have ignored this fiasco from your end. My 1.5 yr old kid and parents were left stranded with nowhere to go. I was forced to search for a hotel and ultimately had to move in my family there. Can you imagine the emotional turmoil I went through?

we transferred our household from bangalore to delhi by a company called no brokers packers and movers but wen packin they sent other company called r m packer and movers(5/2 ammami byrathi kane, hennur gardens bangalore 560043)
wen we got our stuff they were broken
1. broken computer table
2. broken centre table
3. broken shoe rack
and one chair missing
wen taking money they need advance in everything they are pathetic never take their service theygave insurance but now nothing all silent
we called numerous times to customer care and lot of mails
nothing
kindly let us know what to do

I am experiencing the worst and pathetic service from nobroker movers and packers.
It was my worst ever mistake to chose noBroker movers and packers.
After delivery of goods I am trying to follow up over mails and calls but no response from any executive or movement manager Nilanjan and balaji rao not sure where they are gone.I am sending daily mails and making calls but they just say wait for the callback which never happens.

I just wanted to share below points from the recent delivery of goods on 3rd of july and request you to please take actions asap-

Dining Table was missing which was delivered later on 6th july.
the reason for the miss or loss they told that there were others goods as well accomodated in the lorry which was supposed to be dedicated one for us, making false commitment during pre inspection.

most of the furniture damaged includes study table, side table, bed ply..

Carton box including clothes and crockery missing.

Office chair is broken.

Baby's cycle is damaged.

As discussed during inspection, LED tv installation will be there, but delivery guys said they dont have tools and they dont do it which was committed.

Double bed is not installed properly as they missed screw and other parts.

During installation, they ruined the paint of the house, which owner of the flat will charge from us.

Sevice lift's tile is damaged, society will charge for that from me.

They din't do unboxing for any other items apart from big ones.I told them that it was already committed that packing and unpacking both are including but they denied.

Worst ever packing I have seen and clicked the pictures as well, all the fragile items were covered in news papers rather than proper bubble wrap.

more than 70% of the fuel was there in the scooty which is empty now.

Apart from that, during packing they asked for additional amount for uninstalling AC which was already discussed during inspection that it will be covered.

There was no company person accompanied, during every conversation delivery guys said we are contracted labours have nothing to do with what you have discussed and got from company.

They just kept everything during delivery and said you have to unpack everything we are not the concerned team that has to do that.

Thare are lot more points, but I have mentioned highlevel, Please find attached few pics and take the action asap as it was really a pathetic experience with nobroker.

I am still trying to follow up with both noBroker and insurance company iffco tokio which also seems fraud and just make excuses and not allowing to avail my insurance. The link I received over mail on 7th july and I have submitted on the same day with the form where by mistake I mentioned the invoice date which was not the delivery date, exact date was
6th july., now even I am trying to give correct dates they are not considering and making excuses.

I have sent 2 mattresses of type spring 6 inch non foldable via nobroker supreme packers and movers. But at the time of picking up they dint do bubble wrap though i insisted them. Because of their carelessness they delivered my package as damaged to the shop owner. Since it is return product and delivered damaged because of nobroker carelessness they dint refund me and i lost 25000 bed cost and 6000 nobroker cost all of total 31000. Now they are not responding anything. Very fake and i am fedup with the service completely.

We have been following up with the No broker pacjers and movers team for update of my luggage for an intercity transfer. The customer care executive never respond proactively, give us wrong numbers and false information/ promises. The movement manager never connects with you after advanced amount is taken and goods are moved from your house. BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE FROM NO BROKER

Guys dnt ever fall prey of they commitments.
They say ur packagae includes this that but on actual day of shifting they say its does not include all this.
I had booked my house shifting but on the day of shifting they said we shall not shift the small items only bigger items like fridge, washing machine, sofa shall only be shifted and u will have to pay extra i[censored] wish to shifting the entire items.
On the day of shifting the RM was not even coming on the call and other executive said she is busy on the other call.
Had to pay extra even after paying so much for shifting.
Biggggggg Nooooo for no broker packers and movers.
