We have been taught since school days about the hazards of noise pollution but nothinh in practical is followed in our state..in my area kalighat.. Almost everyday some club or the other hosts their programme on loudspeaker in the loudest possible volume.. Some goons blast crackers.. And they don't even bother to limit the timings.. They do it at midnight disturbing peace of the area.. And still there is no action being taken! If the police,...
