EXTERNAL HARD DISK purchased by One Nine Mall, after done is not getting any feedback product location details until now moreover that same familiar site has been opened as fraud site(Oneninemall.com) ..so do not purchased on One Nine Mall. please consider as compliant .

I booked a philips induction cookware on OneNineMall on 5th of February order no. 112102. Still I am waiting but in vain.

I have ordered 2 Nos of Realme C15 re-furbhished mobile phone to donate poor student on their request instead of cash on Feb 18th 2022.I paid thru paytm. Received order number and it showed order is under process. But now I could not find their web site and no communication. It is a rude shock for those young student. They should either deliver the material or return money.

I had ordered ₹ 599 of redmi on February 19, 2022, the order has not arrived yet and when I made the payment with my card, after successful the order number came, I returned the message, the message did not come How many times I mailed and tried on phone also got no response How many times I mailed order number no mail received same day no response please request you to refund my money

I ordered a mop past 3 weeks and still i was hoping to get my product delivered any time soon now. When i tried to browse their website to track my order. I see no IP address of the website perhaps it was taken down... This is my first bad experience of falling into their trap like a school boy error. I hope who ever did this may realise that this is not a good to scam people around, disturbing them mentally and wasting their precious time. Who ever did this or made this fake site must be tracked down and must be arrested.

They said dispatched on 11 th but i am unable to track call and i have mailed but have no reply and my mail id says invalid mail id. I bought to gift my niece on her wedding. I ordered Prestige Clean Home PSB 10 Plastic Magic Mop (Blue) for Rs. 369 and not get the delivery yet as well as I want to cancel order but i not recieved my refund.

I ordered a vaccum cleaner of order Id #112222 on February 5 2022 of Rs.899 but didn't received any. I didn't received any response from them for my application of refund.

My order not deliver yet...Fake company...no reply from one nine mall...500rs get from me

I have ordered a pendrive and still didn't received, it's been a week and i haven't received it. I saw my tracking order but there shows nothing. I tried to contact number which is given on their site but it says switch off whenever i tried to call and also I sent them a mail complaint, i don't know then saw or not. Please give my money back from them.

Order No. 123664 booked on 08.02.2022 for purchase if Electric Kettle. Paid (Paytm) Rs 299 through card. Item not delivered so far. No response to mail dated 16 .02.2022 sent on email id [protected]@oneninemall.com given on site. No response on mobile No. [protected] given on site either.

I have raised an order and later found it to be a fraud company, kindly do the needful so that all the consumers who have already made payment can get their money back.
