This is to bring into your notice that i have placed the order for Wonder Chef Blender with price of 999 from One Nine Mall Website. After placing the order i did not received the product, I have made transaction from my paytm postpaid account.

This type of fraud and this type of illegal activities doing in this nine mall.my money strucked and they said wait 60days after you can with draw your all amount.but it is over 6 months.in that no call, no messages, there is no response.they cheated me in telegram.it is soo fraud .plz take action and plz refund my money.it is very shame of taking like that poor people's money and I have very lost money and also full of money my without eating i have saved the money for my studies.total money will lose.now iam working my life will spolied because of that fraud.this is very fraud company.

I ordered a prestige iris mixer grinder on june 6th 2022 in one nine mall online.But no further message has been received from one nine mall .I have paid Rs.899 through google pay .
Now i am not even able to open their website also and enqiure .kindly take notice of the complaint and please refund the amount

The company is fraud. It can take the money but not delivered the product.

I had ordered a vacuum cleaner from 'obe nine mall' as on 10th February, 2022 vide my order number 130007 (screenshot
of my order confirmation attached) but never received it till today despite paying the full amount of Rs. 899/- via net banking as there is no option for cash on delivery. My money got stuck and I never received my ordered product. There is no response from their customer support team either.

Placed the order for a Samsung Level U bluetooth headset and paid Rs 499/- on 6 February 2022. . Received just the order number and have not received the product as at today.

I have paid the full amount for Rs..499.00 for my ordered item Prestige Sandwich Maker PSMFD one number and but I have not been sent any product till this time. When I called on its customer care number which is not working at all.
I called almost every day till today but I found it switch off or Out of network area.
They have cheated me by doing this game with the intention to cheat me. I called the Surat Police to do something in this regard. The mighty Police are doing well and I have received calls from the police station. I pay a salute to them for doing something favorable to eradicate such cheaters. Hope they will get success soon.

Priorly paid for a bluetooth earbud and didnt get the product and their customer care number is also fake...i ordered it on this website cuz the price was less and i paid through gpay...but i got message that the product is dispatched yet not received it

I had booked a mixer online on One Nine Mall website on 04.02.2022 for Rs. 899/-. Till today, I have not received the product or refund. Their contact number displayed on their website is also not working. Please help in recovering my money back.

I bought & paid for induction chulha but not recd. This company is totally fraudulent. I request govt to take action against this fraud company.

I’ve order remote control car and paid the amount through paytm on 7-feb-2022. And didn’t received anything yet. This company is fraud.

I ordered a mobile handset on 19th February 2022, order no.147668.the payment was done via paytm for an amount of Rs. 1299. The product was supposed to be delivered on 26th February 2022. I would request a refund of the amount paid by me for the product.

I ordered a purse and also paid Rs 349 online via paytm but didn’t receive the purse

I have ordered Orpat OEH[protected]Watt Fan heater on 23rd January, 2022 and done the payment via paytm. haven't received the order till date despite number of calls and email on the provided contact details on their website. The phone number always goes "switch off".
This is truly unprofessional and fraud. Please refund my amount of Rs. 399/- as soon as possible.

Order ID 142480 Sir I booked a mobile from One Nine Mall for Rs 999 but even after waiting for 15 days we canceled our product due to non dispatch of our product but money is not refunded yet
Therefore, the manager of One Nine mall is requested to either send our money to our account or our product should be sent.

Travel Bag Ordered on 5.02.2022 vide order No. #112484 and paid Rs.1098/-.
Till date ordered material is not delivered. Reminders sent on email provided on their portal - [protected]@oneninemapp.com. Email sent from 15.2.2022 to 19.02.2022 are not bounced. But email sent on 24.02.2022 is bounced.
Also Order cancellation is registered on their portal on 15.02.2022 and requested for refund. Registered A/D notice sent on 16.02.2022 at their address as appearing on portal - One Nine Mall, Shop No. G-15642 Maruti chambers, Sitaram Society Road, Opp. J T Nagar, Bhagyoday Industrial Estate, Parvat Patiya, SURAT - 395010 - was returned undelivered on 24.02.2022.
Refund requested with damages and the owners of said portal should be punished for duping the public
