This THE WORST service any one could provide. Don't ever trust these people. The ladies who work there are very nice at first, but once you pay they will show their true color. I have lost money in a scam, and tried to file a complaint through them. They asked me to pay first. After I paid they started to ignore my messages. Dheeshna (Case Manager) started to ignore my messages. I tried to call their customer service. After 6 attempts she picked the call and she started to talk rudely. She said she have so many clients and she can't respond to everyone, we should leave a message and she will resolve it. If you provide a service you have to be responsible and patient. People who lost something would be vulnerable and afraid of everyone. They don't even have that basic concern towards their client. They don't treat their clients with respect. They will say they are busy with other clients. Better don't try to contact them. These people are worse than the scammers.

This is fraud online legal fourm refund my amt rs 1768.00

Complaint marked as Resolved i lost amount in financial freedom app job scammer rs.33000 after that iam very depressed because i pledge my jewellery and i joining after that i know it is a fraud and cheating peoples
at that time i search in google i saw online leagal fourm portal i call 080-68415942 deeshna is picking call and i tell all details she talking nicely she knows chandana jeevan she tell all names and financial freedom app details after that i told iam very difficult situation please refund the amt rs.33000
ok she said of do registration after that 15-30 days you get the amt she told . Now not reply properly not answering no good service so refund my amount rs.1768.00 15 to 30days completed.
