I paid 2359 INR on[protected] to resister a complaint for my AC purchase which was a defective product.
Onlinelegal india representative said within 24 business hours after making payment they will assign a layer and will send legal notice for my complaint.

But till date i have not received any response and no action taken by Onlinelegal india.

I was already in pain due to a faulty AC which i had purchased from tara click, but onlinelegal india make my pain more worst by cheating me more money.

my problem resolved because i get repaired my AC from brand of manufacture.

But i am feeling like hell there were no support from this legal company may be many more people are harassed by this company.

I had paid Rs. 2359 to FastInfo Legal Services Pvt. Ltd. on 04/01/22 for legal assistant in a matter. It was informed to me that after making of payment one advocate will be assigned to me to take care my case. But there was no response from their side after making payments.

I called to them to know the status of my complaint then they Informed me that within 4-5 days from the date of payment they will assigned an advocate to take care my case and he will call me.

But till 12 January no call was received from their side and meanwhile my problem was sorted out.

On 12 January I mailed them regarding refund of my money as they failed to provide services within committed time and no need of their services.

But they did not replied to my mail.

On 13 One Advocate Mr.Tanveer Ansari called me but I could not received his call as I 2as driving that time.

On 15 He again called me I received his call and informed him about my case as the same is already sorted out and no need of your services.

He apologized me over phone call for delay in contact. I have call recording also.

I have sent 3 mails to them for refund my money but they are not ready to even reply of my call.
It my humble request kindly help me in this issue as a legal firm will cheat to people than how a common man can rely on legal system of India.

On 12 aug 20 i paid rs 538 towards consultation fee for a query i had. Site demanded payment as soon as i had filled out the form. After payment an email was received saying they will contact. Till date no contact of any sort. On 23 aug 20 i sent an email asking for a refund as there had been no communication or service provided and on the basis of the 100% satisfaction guarantee promise. Till date 2 sep 20 there has been no response. The company appears to be committing internet fraud. Kindly direct them to refund the amount.
