This company has sent a legal notice even after completing the work, they are asking for 1.50 lakhs.

I'm a student and recently I got a message from Maahi, from Orix Services.
She told me about data entry job and that it paid around 16000/- per week.
As a student in need of money, I took the offer. They asked me for my signature, aadhar card and one passport photograph. They never mentioned about an agreement. They told me that if I complete 480 forms in 5 days, they will pay 16320/- out of which 4900/- is minus from it as company registration. If I do not complete my work on time and do not achieve 90% accuracy then I have to pay 4900/- . I was a bit skeptical about it and when to check reviews online. Then I found out that many people were cheated and now I'm scared that what if they threatened me too..
Please help me out.
I want to get out of it as soon as possible.
Please help me.

This month I'd received a job opportunity for Orix Services for data entry job in which I'd to fill 480 forms in 5 days. They took my information as a job application and made a legal contract out of it. Everything happened too fast, and I was a bit confused but then I thought maybe that's how legit companies do work these days. I completed the given project within 4 days and sent them the same with barely any mistakes. But after many requests I still did not receive their replies. And today suddenly I got a call from their legal team headed by Advocate Vijay Shah, he said that I've to pay 4900/- within 10 minutes otherwise they'll take the matter to the court. I've attached that I paid for the same. But they didn't stop there after 5-7minutes I received another call saying they need me to pay an amount of 27, 900/- if I wish to settle the contract out of court otherwise I'll have to pay 2.5Lakhs as a penalty and the court fees. I like any other person got scared and paid them another amount of 27, 900/-inr. But then they sent me a message saying I sent the money to the wrong person even though I paid to the person they'd sent me the number of. Then they said they'll go to the court and send police to my house as I didn't abide to give them the money although I'd paid them all that they'd asked of me by taking debt.
Only to finally realize that all of this was a scam in which I was trapped.
I genuinely hope I get back the money or atleast they be punished for fooling people who are in genuine search of jobs.

I didn't know anything about that agreement ...according to which if I could not complete the work or submit the work correctly on time so I have to pay the amount of 4900rs to the company I tried to complete the work due to fear but their website was not working, I had also contacted the company, the site is not working, I cannot complete the work, but their number was switched off... I could not complete the work Now I am getting messages from advocate Vijay Shah that the company will file a case against me, police will come to my house if i do not pay 4900rs. I am in trouble...please help me

Orix enterprises company make a agreement online when i provide them my voter I'd, passport size photo & signature image. They didn't ask me to pay the registration fee rs4900, they said will deduct from the first month amount . So, I accept the agreement. But due to some reason i can not complete the work. Now, they direct taken the legal action by their legal adviser name is mr. Vijay Shah. He mailed me to pay the registration fee of 4900rs other wise legal action will be taken & police will visit your home like that. I have to complete my work on dated 25/01/2023. They are harrasing me to pay the amount otherwise you have to face the problem for this like they are telling. What shoud i do? I am afraid. Please help me. As i am unemployed and was not able to go out and work, i was searching for online jobs and came across this offer by the company. It was for data typing. I was said i had to complete my work within 5 days and in case i could attain accuracy i will have to pay them utility charges. I said I'm not able to finish the work then onwards i am receiving calls and messages from an advocate Vijay Shah that I've to pay penalty amount or they will sue me and will drag me to court for not doing the work. What should i do?
