Sir i have ordered a jacket worth 300 on groovy-fashion.in and the payment was done in payumoney then a gmail confrimation about the payment was send thirught this mail id [protected]@payu.in ..
But there was no confrimation about my order placment and my product ..
I was sdupified by those criminals ..
I want direct action on them...

I saw a groovy fashion advertisement on YouTube. So I ordered a brown colored jacket from groovy fashion. in for Rs. 369. i ordered brown jacket on 19/12/2021. His UPI ID is -payumoney.[protected]@indus And UPI reference number is[protected]. He also mail messaged me from mail id [protected]@payu.in that your order has been successful...
After online payment made i track out my order history but no data / order details shown.
i claim to refund my payment to me..

I also gone through the same case with them. I ordered a jacket and paid vai Credit card. At the time of placing order they were saying they will send the order details via text but so far nothing received. And the contact number : +91 [protected] they mention on the site us also invalid. Site also not gave any option to track your order.

I have also happens. I ordered and pay 389 rupees via Google pay. Order was successful and than I didn't recieve any message and emails apart of successful payments.
I made a payment of 399 and not any delivery message comes from groovy fashion that your order is confirmed and will be deliver I am waiting please tell me when will be confirmed my order
