I want to cancel the membership of the Pacific Holiday World and I paid through credit card on 6 Jan 2024 but very next day on 7 Jan 2024 I approached the sales person who offered me the package to cancel this membership. They told me that avail 1 day free holiday then we will cancel the membership. They told me to opt for EMI and you have to pay after 45 days but my bank has sent me the statement to repay within 30 days.

I want to cancel the Pacific membership. Also on the next day I asked to cancel it but they are saying this is not in their policy and forcing me to take one holiday and they will cancel and refund. But I think after taking one Holiday it is again more difficult to cancel membership and I am not interested to take any of the Holiday. I just want to cancel and stop EMI subscription. Please help me.

I request them but they are not helping to cancel. I am in connect with Disha from pacific but no use. She is saying it is not there in company policy to cancel .

After taking Holiday with them, actually I dont Like it so ask for the refund over call but they refuse to do so. I have all the proofs regarding bad/worst service with Pacific Holiday. if anyone can help to caught them and to refund my amount It will be great.
