Brand does not disclose cruelty-free policy or animal testing status on packaging....

As I have ordered an item it's an open box delivery on 22nd of October which was suppose to deliver to the address on 30th of October which was an assured item is delayed 4 days more on 3rd of November .. I'm a regular customer most of the month almost more that 10 items I'm buying. In October itself I have brought for More than 8k. In my last order which I mentioned as OBD item. On the 3rd of November I was available when the delivery arrived.. So I requested the agent to come next day. Then asked the OTP.. All the delivery agent everytime asking otp before when they arrive. After the agent hang the call and he dropped on the door step without opening and verifying or informing me. So I'm worried to open the package cause is there any damage in that package. I have called the customer service and they told me to open and check the package... There is a cover is torn in 2 place and there is dust particles which can cause allergies. There was 2 pack in that 1 pack is okay. Kindly replace the item or allow to return

We have started using the pamper diaper since 2 days and my child getting infected with bad rashes and gradually increase the spots.

She is suffering a lot and not able to sleep and sit...

I am so much disappointed in Pampers products. I have been using pampers for my son since day one. Now he is almost 19 months, I was enjoying using the pants, very practical. Unfortunately few weeks ago, pampers produced new version of the pants and now my son can't tolerate them. His behind is so much irritated after using them. I now have to give up using the pampers and try other brands(. Please whathever you added in the new products, change it or fix the issue. Thank you

This is sibiya, there is now quality in the pamper pack of 52 . It has no capacity to hold rather leaks off . My 2 month old baby has got severe rashes . When I used pack of 2 the Pampers quality was good but when started using pack 52 the quality was worst . Just used 5 Pampers .now it's waste of money and the remains constant without usage in addition to that my baby skin is completely peeled off .

Pampers have introduced the new model of diapers with the name AIR. I used already pampers with the model extra absorption.

I have ordered this product on seeing the size as XL in the new introduced model AIR(12-17 kg). But this is very small compared to XL size in the previous models.

I ordered this through Firstcry.com. They refused to process the return as this is a non refundable product.

I bought S size pampers in local medical shop and used on my baby who is 3 months old, i generally put this only in nights and in morning we put just a cloth to cover it, when is use this my baby cried in nights and in morning it got hurted her badly and there was a scratch mark on her lap.
Am seriously worried about it and need a correct response from this company.

I wanted to furnish this complaint on public interest.

In the branch of D-MART (KPHB, Near Malaysian Township.)
They are selling out dated ( If the expiry date is 10/July/2012 .... they are selling in September 2012 with an offer of 180/- less on 680/- pack of 66 pampers)..

If we use them for infants and children, it is effecting as rashes and itching...most of the buyers are more concentrating on the offers than expiry dates.

Please check and do the needful... that kind of big chain market should not sell the outdated/expiry completed products that too related to children.

We have two kids, elder one is 4.5yrs and younger one is 2.5yrs. We were using Pampers diaper for both our kids and was satisfied. But recently when we buy, almost all the diapers in the packet is damaged, and for every one the complaint is the same ie; we will not be able to stick the same. It will be torn for all the pieces. I did sent an email to them but didn't get any response. A product of such a reputed company can't be of such a poor quality.
