Dear Sir/Madam,

I recd various calls from Parivartan Sandesh Foundation, PARIVARTAN SANDESH FOUNDATION, Nisha Vats (Process Head) [protected] D-134, B-1, 1st Floor, Malviya Nagar, Begampur, New Delhi-110017 asking for the donation for the treatment of a child who is in need of a heart surgery.

OK sir, I'm ready to help the NGO team. but i would like to know if it is really a genuine ngo or a fraud.

Hello Sir/Ma'am,
I received a call from one Parivartan Sandesh Foundation, H.O Janakpuri on 30/03/2017 at 11:30 AM, and the lady from mobile no. [protected], shared with me a very emotional story of a child in need of a heart surgery. I got carried away and decided to support to the noble cause andasked her to send her executive to my office to collect the money. A executive promptly called me within 2 hours from mobile no [protected], and reached my office. I issued him a cheque of Rs 1000 favouring Parivaratan Sandesh receipt of the same is attached here.

Till this everything was fine.
Today (03/04/2017) again I received another call from one Parivartan Sandesh Foundation, H.O Hauz Khas from Mobile no [protected] and the lady shared with me another story of a child being operated for Heart Surgery at GB Pant Hospital. She claimed I has donated once few years back to them for a case hence are calling me, which I didn't. From the conversation I came to know they have records from CRY & Unicef and are using those to find donations.
Till this everything appeared ok but I had some doubts.
I took out the receipt and started asking details like website and registration number. all appeared different from those with me on the receipt. Hence the case of fraud appeared in front of me.
The website the later caller mentioned was www.parivartansandeshfoundation.com and the one on the receipt was www.parvartanfoundation.org
The registration number the later shared with me was 1843/4/3693/96-112 and the one on receipt was 55753/2006.
The PAN no mentioned on the receipt was AABTP4410G.
BOTH CLAIMED 100 % REBATE OF DONATION.

Which is Genuine and which is fake. I am a regular contributor for UNICEF.
I have lost all my trust on these NGOs now.

Getting repeated calls from Mobile No.[protected] for the last one week. The caller claims to be working with Parivartan Sandesh Foundation an NGO registered in Delhi for the last 8 years. She gave sordid stories like "Becha is in serious condition in Hospital and tried to fleece mentally. Next step is to visit their web site where they had their online portel for Donations. A google search will reveal that the Organisation is employing Telecallers. A reading of their Financials of FY2013-14 it reveals that about 38% of donations are spent on Salaries, Administration Exp., Surplus Fund, Payment to Volunteers. Their 'INCOME & EXPENDITURE' also not tally.
