Hello respected

Tried a lot to stop paytm soundbox but does not stop.I have been trying for five months but does not stop.Currently I have been charged rs 625.Called the company and said they will close it in 24 to 48h, but it does not close.Even the employee who came to give the soundbox does not want to turn it off.Remove the charge from me and turn off the soundbox.

The company does not close the soundbox and no replies.And it says either he will reply in 48 hours but no answer comes.Many calls but no way out.The employees there do not give any replies who come to give the sound box.IT IS BEEN FIVE MONTHS BUT NO ANSWER COMES.NOW I HAVE TO CHARGE 625 RUPEES.To give me my money back and turn off the soundbox....

People if you want to use paytm swipe machine please note below:
Paytm company will collect the fee initially as per the available plans.
Though we tell our requirement they fail to give better plan, always they force customer to pay high.
Also when we return back the device they wont give you any refund, they will create reasons and escape in payments.
I paid 4000 INR for device, but they not given any refund.br...
