Paytm Business — ALERT - Beaware of Paytm fraud

People if you want to use paytm swipe machine please note below:
Paytm company will collect the fee initially as per the available plans.
Though we tell our requirement they fail to give better plan, always they force customer to pay high.
Also when we return back the device they wont give you any refund, they will create reasons and escape in payments.
I paid 4000 INR for device, but they not given any refund.
The plan they suggested me, i paid 250 Rs/month rent. though they have life time free rental plan.
service wise it is poor. When you contact them on phone, no one will respond to your questions properly.
They have call back option, but no one will call you, even when you received call it wont serve the purpose.

This is regarding your refund request. We would like to inform you that your device with serial number “[protected] ” was activated on 20th Jan 21 and the plan you opted for was “Super Saver Plan”. Under this plan INR 4000/- usage deposit is collected from the merchant, INR 2000/- is collected for one time setup fee. which is non refundable after 6 month of device deployment. This was agreed as a part of terms & conditions during onboarding. As per the refund policy, since the deactivation request is raised after 6 months from the date of onboarding you are no longer eligible for any refund.

However, We would like to inform you that as per the terms of our refund policy, you are no longer eligible for a refund on your usage deposit. This was agreed as a part of terms & conditions during onboarding. Hence the usage deposit will not be refunded. If you had raised any complaint in past for device deactivation so please share with us. We will work accordingly

Can you please send me screenshot of terms & conditions, as you are claiming it is there in business app. I don’t see it.
I request to show proofs not repeated similar emails again & again.
