Sub: - Cancellation of PNB MetLife Policy no. 23873506/15-7-21 & 23928793/24-8-21 due to fraudulently sold
Dear Sir,
With due respect, I bring to your kind notice that I have provided synopsis of MY policies sold by PNB MetLife agent fraudulently, cheating and misguiding me. I have already lodged written complaint with PNB MetLife kardooma office on 11th Dec’21 and numerous mails to your customer care and GRO but no response till date. I am giving hereunder main points related to request of cancellation of policies
1. Policy sold by misguiding to waive brokerage charges on my old policy no. 22277866/July’17
2. Issued subject policy to provide old policy payment within 90 days after issuing of new policy i.e. 23873506/15-7-21
3. Issued another new policy no. 23928793/24-8-21 by committing to refund bonus of 1.90 lacs within 30 days of issuing the policy(in addition to 90 days of payment commitment against policy)
4. I chased to cheater caller which was is working for PNB MetLife agents after 80 days but switched off both phone after chasing payment from my side.
5. Only a single person was contacting to me on line policies but subject mentioned policies issued in different agents name and they never contact me and not replying my call and e-mails ( mail send more than 10 times and 100 times calling)
6. I am not interested to continue the policy which issued by cheating me and I am not in a position to continue the policies. Still not able to refund the loan take for these policies in the anticipation to get the refund against my old policies as well as removal of brokerage charges.
7. I am attaching herewith following documents for your information and record.
a. Synopsis of the case in word file
b. Policy cancelation request given to PNB MetLife Karkardooma office on 11th Dec’21
c. Policies covering notes of both policies
d. List of communication mails in excel sheet but not response or call received till date except on call from Laxmi from your customer care but with no response.
e. My ICICI bank cancel cheque
You are requested to cancel the above policies and refund the money immediately as per cheque details attached herewith. Kindly also confirm the action against the agent whom name mentioned in my policies who never met me and called till date.

Please note that below mentioned PNB Metlife Insurance Policy i had taken due to misguiding by your agent with many offers like reversal of brokerage, release of policy bonus, cancellation of old policy Dear Sir,
Forwarding below the communication to cheater agent of PNB Metlife who has misguided me and sold me the policy on the commitment to refund old policy value alongwith brokerage charges within 90 days of policy issuance and letter on switch off the mobile and not responded my several calls and mails to him.
I have also made so many complaint to PNB Metlife and they know that fraud has been done but no action till date for cancellation as well as against agent.
First E-mail sent to Globe Master and after that so many reminders but no reply from them till date

I am giving hereunder complete details, how this policy was issued to me.
I had received a call from Mr. Ravi Kumar on 5/7/21 regarding heavy brokerage charges on my old policy no. 22277866 and advised me to surrender this policy and take a fresh one to avoid high brokerage charges on your policy and misguided me to cancel the policies after issuance and after that not picking my calls.

I had also discussed with Mr. Deep Narayan Gupta on request of Mr. Ravi Shankar over concall to confirme maturity amt. of old policy of Rs. 3 lacs. from Metlife Company for surrendering old policy with value of appx. 3.90 lacs. Mr. Ravi and Deep also confirmed Rs 90, 000/- bonus release for taking another new policy which he assured to cancel later on.
You are advised to return Interest on premium paid of Rs. 90, 000/- from the date of 24/8/21 to till date @ 12% on Rs. 90000/3-
