I have ordered kids cloths in Pocket99.in app. Till now (17th May), the item hasn't shipped. I found similar complaints against this app.

I have paid 1194 rs for my kids clothes on 20th APR 2022 on their website pocket99.in/, I have received an email about order confirmation and about the payment I have made but I haven't received any message from them about the delivery date, could you please do something and get my money back from them if they are actually fraud....
