I am writing to formally request a refund for a recent transaction I made with VCare on 16-SEPTEMBER-2023 . Actually i visited your clinic for my skin care for my acne scars and your docter suggested to treat by microneedling for 9 sessions for my issue and i paid token fees of about 3000 INR.After payment i asked them to start treatment by taking 1 session of micro needling at the same day but they said treatment will be started after the blood investigations only, ok thats fine but they must want to say the same thing before payment so i agreed for this this is all for our safety purpose, Unfortunately due to my office requirement iam leaving hyderabad for 6months to travell.So i requested your vcare team to refund my money but every time i call to them new person will pic the call and will ask every thing from begining and will simply say they will call back in a while or manager is busy in another work very time a new person will pic and ask my name and number after some time they are not taking my calls, i tried then to reception number and another whats app number which they shared to me and i tried to manager also after some time he answered my call and he said that he is tried for that after some days he also not answering my calls.i wondered for the way they treating clients in my case its about money but incase i got treatment from your vcare and if any thing is wrong or i need any suggestion from you and you are not taking my calls what is my situation did you ever think of it, and I am disappointed with the service of customer response, and I believe a refund is the appropriate resolution to this issue.

Hi, I had taken hair treatment from them in sep 2019 and treatment lasts for 4 months. The treatment is for hair growth and dandruff removal.They promised me the result within 6 months but no result till now. When I asked them after 6months tenure, they said they will fulfill the refund promise done at the time of treatment. Since Dec 2020, I am following up frequently for the refund with their manager but he is postponing with false excuses. So i am exhausted with his fake promises now and complaining here.
