Worst delivery service ever. The delivery date was changed multiple times and when the product got delivered, it was not the one that was ordered in the first place. I ordered Realme 20000 mAh powerbank with free Bluetooth earphone for Rs. 799/-. The packaging of the powerbank was zero, it only got delivered in a box without the name or tag of the company/brand. The company cheated by sending a local, nameless powerbank without any user manual...

I have ordered realme 20000mAh power bank by seeing their low rate advertised in their site but delivered local china made power bank.Attached are two screen shots of delivered powerbank.I want to return back the power bank and wanna my money back or replace the delivered power bank with ordered one that is realme 20000mAh which I have actually ordered.
