Worst delivery service ever. The delivery date was changed multiple times and when the product got delivered, it was not the one that was ordered in the first place. I ordered Realme 20000 mAh powerbank with free Bluetooth earphone for Rs. 799/-. The packaging of the powerbank was zero, it only got delivered in a box without the name or tag of the company/brand. The company cheated by sending a local, nameless powerbank without any user manual or charging cable with the powerbank. The free Bluetooth earphone is also not functional. The powerbank takes ages to get charged. It also doesn't charge any devices faster. And they have the audacity to send me the message asking me for my feedback with a limit of 250 words only.
