While I registered for their nanny services, they were unable to located anyone with first 5 days. I searched one for myself and requested a return..which they haven't acknowledged till now. this was mentioned in their brochure and also confirmed by the person who I was talking to stopped receiving my calls.and has not replyed to my messages. On one another number when I contacted, they guy told it will be automatically refunded after month....

I was looking for Nanny service for my new born. These guys taken token amount 2k and asked if you did not get the nanny of your choice will refund it.

we selected one nanny and asked to wait for 2 more days. Due to COVID situation we need to cancel the plan for Nanny as it was risky . So we informed them the same and asked for refund of token amount.

Now these guys saying contract is broken and using all fancy terms and to eat the token amount.

These guys are not trust worthy. Moreover I heard from one of the candidate, they are not doing police verification of nanny candidates. All in Gods hands.

I paid prenu.in the token amount in dec-2019, which was told to be refundable in case no services are availed from prenu.

I tried to hire someone from prenu as a nanny for my baby, but it didn't work out because out of the 5 interviews i took, i liked 2, but both of them did not join me and they stopped responding to my calls.

Later i tried connecting with a person at prenu who was handling me as the client, but she stopped responding to my messages and calls.

Finally after 2 months and repeated calling she attend my call one in march-2020,
When i asked for my token amount refund as i did not hire a nanny from prenu, she said since one month has already passed, they are not going to refund my token amount.

Had paid prenu Rs 2, 000 on 29th May, 2018 as initial registration fee and Rs 18, 060 on June 6th, 2018 for nanny fees for June and had paid for nanny services on July 9th, 2018 a sum of Rs 15000 however I have not received good service firstly the nanny's sent were not capable the first lady stayed for a week and the second lady left without even working for a day the 3rd person stayed for a month and then left stating she had work in her...
