While I registered for their nanny services, they were unable to located anyone with first 5 days. I searched one for myself and requested a return..which they haven't acknowledged till now. this was mentioned in their brochure and also confirmed by the person who I was talking to stopped receiving my calls.and has not replyed to my messages. On one another number when I contacted, they guy told it will be automatically refunded after month. It's been 2 months and no amount has been refunded. And this other number has also stopped responding to calls and messages Was this information helpful? |
