PRENU is a fraud agency. Please di not get fooled and pay for their services. After charging us 16 K for providing us a nanny, they dissappeared,
. Their team sent contacts of random people who came to talk ans never joined . For two weeks I kept chasing them to give me a nanny. But they did not do anything. I called a Al guy named Abhilash Kesavan who's I think the owner or director, he answered my call and was rude from the moment I started telling him that I have not got any nanny yet even after paying in full . He told me it's not his problem and I can get lost. I have proofs of all chats with their inefficient team and will take it to consumer court . They sent people with disabilities who left the job in two days and asked for payment for two days and after denying sent threatening messages to me . They do not even do a full background verification of the staff rheybsend . Some of them had 0 experience in baby care and were working as housekeeping staff in corporates . Prenu lied about their experience while sharing their contacts . NEVER EVER GO SHEAD WITH THIS FRAUD AGENCY EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE !

Useless company. Their business model is to collect Rs. 2000 on the name of providing nanny services. They are fake and have no Nanny/babysitter to provide. They will never return the amount or provide any nanny.

I submitted Rs 2000 as a preliminary payment to access the nanny service. After payment, I did not receive any service from Prenu, and no nanny arrived. They ceased answering calls and responding to emails regarding the refund. The service experience was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. I advise against falling into their trap, as their initial pleasant communication is solely aimed at extracting money from you. This company is clearly involved in fraudulent activities, so it's advisable not to invest your time and money in Prenu Service.

Deposited Rs 2000 as a token amount to avail the nanny service. Since the money got credited from my account, I didn't received any service from Prenu nor any nanny turned up. They stopped picking up the call nor replying in the mail for the refund . Pathetic and Horrible service, better to say "No Services" . Dont fall in their trap as they will speak very nicely initial to get the money from your pocket . It's a totally fraud company, dont waste your time and money in the Prenu Service

Our experience with Prenu has been real bad. The nanny they hier are local nanny, without any background checks or whatever. On top of that, those nanny are not good, they show fake experience and false promises to take the job. After few days, you start seeing their true colors and Prenu won't help with nanny replacement easily.
We started their service around Nov 2021 and paid 8500 fee for 6 months, 12k for last month nanny advance payment. Their nanny was not good but we had no choice so we considering we are working people. For 2-3 months somehow we managed with their nanny, 2 of their nannies ran away, phone off and without any trace. They couldn't help with that. Nightmare started with nanny replacement, they made us run behind them for 4 weeks and then finally when I realised they never gonna replace. I asked for last month nanny payment refund. After fighting for 1 month, they sent the "post dated DD which is 4 months from the date I received". I didn't realize it's post dated and went to bank and they told it's post dated and account which is mentioned on DD has no balance!!

Now when I am trying to contact them/send email, no one is responding/picking calls. I am going to file a police complaint against these guys tomorrow with bounced cheque.

DO NOT EVER GO WITH PRENU. THEY ARE HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CHEATS. NOT AT ALL CUSTOMER CENTRIC.

Prenu Agency "claims" to provide nannies. They charge a finders fee like every other agencies available in the market. But, these guys also charge a starting fee of 2000 rupees to start the finding process also. They say it's refundable if they're unable to provide a nanny. But, I've been following up with them since aonth now. Neither have they provided any nanny, nor are they refunding my money. Also, they have stopped responding to my emails and calls. Even when the search was going on they never bothered to answer the calls. Super pathetic agency. Worst agency. I would never recommend them to anyone.

We taken the service and paid 17000, now they are not picking up the call and not returning the money as well.

I took a nanny service from Prenu in Jan- Feb 2020 for six months. For this they took Rs 8500 and refundable deposit of one month of nanny salary of Rs 15, 500. Till now I am following up with them but haven't received my 15k. First they sent me a cheque which had a date of 3 months later. After 3 months when I took it to bank, they rejected saying there is overwriting. I cancelled this cheque and sent back. Then they sent cheque to my previous address though first cheque had come to correct address. After that they said thta they will transfer to my account in Sep 2021. Till date no refund. I am mailing them regularly no response. They stopped taking my calls. Worst experience ever!!

They told they can provide a nanny who can speak Hindi and English and will use her own transport. Later when they were not able to find one, a guy named raj from agency told that she can come via auto, If you can't accept it's your problem but we won't return the money taken. Total fraud agency.

This agency took 14000- to provide a nanny. This has been a month now and neither any nanny was provided nor they are refunding the amount.

Prenu services is liar, disrespectful, looting your money company. Never ever take their service to save your money and mind.
They told us lie in terms of experience of nanny. They send me a nanny saying good exp(10 years) but she told us later what is the truth. They were very disrespectful to my husband. When we asked for our advance one month salary that they take in the start, they completely denied. They don't treat the person respectfully. In my case they took 18K saying one month advance and didn't pay to my nanny after one month, I have to giver her additionally from my pocket as she worked for a month.
They take money from the client as well as from the service persons.
Never go to hire anyone from them.

This is a worst agency I have seen . I clearly explained them about my requirements and paid the token amount however we didnt get any and they suddenly came back telling our requirement is against their company policy and didnt pay the token. These guys are very rude .. they started to kinda threaten me on the call and msged telling they can't refund. And they dont agree about what they spoke previously. There was one person called Raj who was handing my requirement.. he was so rude and arrogant.. please teach guys how to behave and talk to customers first or throw these kind of ppl out of company. . Finaly they told me I will have to look for other nanny and refused to pay my token amount.. can somebody help me to get this token amount refunded please.. PLEASE DONT GO WITH THIS AGENCY. THERE COST IS HIGH AND NOT GOOD.

We were asked to pay a refundable deposit of one month, over the agency fee, but the deposit was not refunded when the contract ended.

Also, when I tried to write a review on google, they seem to have blocked the ability for people to write real reviews, only fake positive reviews

Prenu had given us a nanny who stole gold ornaments worth 2 lakh from us. On advise from abhilash, the owner of the organization, we had refrained from filing a complaint. He has written as well as recorded evidence from nanny and had committed to resolution. The issue is almost 6 months and he is not answering calls or responding to texts now. Says he is busy setting up other centers and the last response was in 19th september. Extremely unreliable

We hired a nanny from prenu services yesterday. For a reg fee of 3.5k they were supposed to offer 4 profiles, they offered only one & aggressively followed up. We paid up a total of 6387 inr for services until 31 july'18 incl regn and the nanny arrived yesterday. To our shock and dismay she was absolutely
Disqualified to take care of a baby. We did not feel safe & comfortable of our baby with her so we sent he nanny back today and requested for a refund. After dilly dallying, they stopped answering our calls - including abhilash the management team. Eventually some person with whom we never interacted picked up and said they never commit a refund and our money is parked. Despite requests and threat of going the legal way, i still have not received my money. This agency is a fraud. Stringent action should be taken to shut it down

I registered for 3 months with 2000 inr to interview maid for my 1 year old son. They sent the candidates however none were good. 1st person i choose did not turn up on her 1st reporting date and when i called she said she went out of station, no information was given and no follow up by the agency. I has to take leave that day to take care of my son. I have joined a new company and cannot get leaves you can imagine my plight.

They sent another lady the same day since i yelled at them for being irresponsible. They sent another lady who had no clue how to handle a child. I asked for another person, i clearly mentioned that i will pay in an hour after the candidate reaches my place. They called the candidate without my knowledge and asked her to leave and my in son was at home while i was at office. This is something i couldn't take. They should have called me to check or inform of the same which did not happen while i had already made the payment.

I immediately called them and informed that i don't need their service and ask that lady not to come back cos i cannot trust their agency who calls the person who was at my house and ask her to leave.

I know the 2000 reg amount will not be refunded as per the terms. However i am asking for the 13500 amount that i have transferred for a months salary for the candidate and i am not taking their service. The person responsible uma is not coming on call to talk neither is she refunding my amount.

Never trust this agency, they are not professional. Service is horrible.

We started getting prenu's nanny service from august 1st 2017 and were happy that after few days my baby adjusted with the nanny. However few instances have actually made us to rethink on choosing the agency -
1- nanny was not verified by the agency when she joined. She went to give her id and address proof to prenu office after joining by taking a day off. However, fortunately the lady was well behaved and trustworthy.
2- things got ugly when we gave one months notice in december to the nanny. She got another opportunity and moved to another job without serving the full month. She was supposed to be with us for the entire month but she quit in 10 days.
3- next, we called the lady and asked her to join back for the month but she declined. Rudely. Then we called prenu office and talked to their operations manager but he told us that nanny has complained that we treated her badly and he cannot do anything, which was surprising to us since we treated the nanny as our family member since the day she joined. We tried to reason with the manager but clearly he was afraid that the nanny might put a harassment complaint against prenu if they force her to work for that month.
4- prenu services have already taken from us her last month salary amount in advance. After her exit, getting refund from the agency is way too difficult. As on today i. E. March 14 we are still waiting for the 20 days amount refund in our account.
In summary, we learned that it would be better to go for a daycare since the nanny can quit anytime after putting any false reasons and prenu services will not listen to you since they are scared of these ladies making any harassment complaints against them.

Hi, i had paid 12, 000 to prenu services for the 8 hr baby sitter including - sun off... This amount was paid for 1 yr and the baby sitter left in 3 months as per the contract he is supposed to give us a replacement in 48 hours which he failed to give neither did he pay the refund now he is not answering our calls. They should amend their contract to include fine/refunds in case they fail to provide replacements. They have put up a clause for no refund then why no action when they need to find replacement.

Prenu is cheating a vulnerable group of people. They take ₹2000 as registration fee and then they don't have a nanny and do not refund. To look authentic, they have created many fake profiles on Facebook and give themselves 5 star rating. Check those profiles they are all fake. Only true profiles are the ones who have been cheated and give them 1 star rating. We need to stop these fraudsters. The law of our country is weak. I would really appreciate if anyone can join me in putting a stop to these fraud agency nuisance.

I had deposited an amount of Rs. 2000/- on 03 Mar 17 to the agency account as per the terms and condition. But it is sad to submit that i have not received any services yet. Infact neither anybody came for any interview nor i was given any information about the status of the things. when i called the agency for the refund they informed me that i need to send an email for the same, but while taking money no email was required by the company. It is an awful agency. Abhilash from Prenu services had promised/ ensured me that the babysitter services will be provided to me in 2 days after depositing the money, but after depositing the money he stopped answering my call highly unexpected behavior. email regarding the refund was also sent on 13 Mar 17, but refund is still not received. Neither I would consult nor recommend anybody to go for their services.
