At the counter, I asked for Tilaknagar cab at T2 airport prepaid taxi counter. Counter person printed Chembur on the receipt telling that it is the same and should not be an issue. I clarified while sitting in the cab that I want to go to Tilaknagar. Cab guy abused me on the way just because it was Chembur written on the receipt. Taxi number is MH02BQ2259. Please take action

    Rude behavior of Driver

    I have taken cool cab from T1 terminal to Mulund(W) on 17th May 23 in the evening with family. When Powai came, driver took the LBS marg. I have told him that it will delayed route and via eastern express it will be only 2 Km more but we will reach 10-15 mins faster, he just refused to divert his taxi and arrogantly he drew.

    His such behavior to ensure that he earns more although I have prepaid 663 Rs.by driving lesser Kilometers...

    Address: T2 - Airport Cool Cab

    Had booked a prepaid cool cab from T2 on[protected].

    Problem

    1. Driver was not in his uniform.
    2. AC was not cooling and the driver refused to increase the speed of the fan.
    3. When the undersigned confirmed the sea link route, he added money in his fast tag wallet while driving !! After adding the money he said that it would cross Rs.100/- . We told him that the fare was Rs.85/- one way and he refused to budge.
    Then we told him to take it the regular route. He said that the money was already added and we had to go via the sea link. We told him that the money was in his wallet and he did not pay it. He again refused to budge.
    Then we told him to take it to the police station. He said that he would need to take the cab to Sahar police station. Finally he let go and accepted Rs.85/- for the toll.

    This sort of behaviour is deplorable especially for tourists visiting India for the 1st time leaving indelible negative experiences.

    Please be kind to address the situation so that no other customer is treated this way.

      1. Even after explaining the exact location they billed till nearby landmark which was just 100 meters away.
      2. Driver were so unprofessional, wasted our 40 min. Even counter persona also doesn't help.
      3. Whole way he was cribbing in front of kid. Charged 120 rs extra and didn't help us to unload luggage. Rather literally threw one last bag left out of cab.
      Please stop using this kind of pathetic service provider and go for only professional ones.
