I have taken cool cab from T1 terminal to Mulund(W) on 17th May 23 in the evening with family. When Powai came, driver took the LBS marg. I have told him that it will delayed route and via eastern express it will be only 2 Km more but we will reach 10-15 mins faster, he just refused to divert his taxi and arrogantly he drew.
His such behavior to ensure that he earns more although I have prepaid 663 Rs.by driving lesser Kilometers at the expenses of passenger's time is scary behavior and should be taken action upon.
