We have received the email from BMW In which the observations given by BMW is totally incorrect as vehicle tyre is not bulge due to any external impact, but only due to poor quality of tyres as 5-6 months back other tyre (rear left) of same car was also bulge in the same way. Help me understand if the tyres which are placed are not for Indian roads? Just wanted to know how do you measure the quality of your vehicle?

This has reference to the Vehicle No. HR-10AF-2727 BMW 520D (2018 make) registered in the name of M/s Prius Auto Industries whose tire burst while on its way to Jaipur on September 5, 2021.

By September 5, the car had driven only 14, 000 km and the tyre burst. Even the car has a Flatiron tyre and according to BMW which says that their tire never bursts and still if any problem occurs, still the car runs lasts upto 25, 000 km.br...
