This has reference to the Vehicle No. HR-10AF-2727 BMW 520D (2018 make) registered in the name of M/s Prius Auto Industries whose tire burst while on its way to Jaipur on September 5, 2021.
By September 5, the car had driven only 14, 000 km and the tyre burst. Even the car has a Flatiron tyre and according to BMW which says that their tire never bursts and still if any problem occurs, still the car runs lasts upto 25, 000 km.
We have filed the complaint in customer care and also at BMW Authorized Dealership – Infinity Cars, Delhi.
Till now, out positive feedback received.
