Qwik Courier From Netmeds Complaints & Reviews

I ordered medicines from netmeds the order was placed on 11 october 2022 its now 16 and i haven't recieved my order since 12 when it reached my hometown they are frauds Tracking id PF[protected].001 i needed those medicines fir my suck mom there was no where i could find them in nearby stores so in vain i had to place my order online please look into this seriously...

I ordered an item from Netmeds but the courier staff did not contact or sent a message and mentioned as failed delivery for three days. The order has shown out for delivery for three days but I didn't received my product yet.
Please solve my problem.
Why qwik staffs are so much careless about the customer?

Despite many calls I am not getting delivery of medicines ordered vide no ID[protected]WSO2LAST

I ordered an item from Netmeds but the courier staff did not contact or sent a message and mentioned as returned in the tracking status Again I reordered and this time the courier staff said the pincode is wrong and cancelled the order whereas I received other orders but the courier staff never behaved in this way .I don't know how the courier staff cancelled without the consent of the customer.
