Hi Team

I ordered an item from Netmeds but the courier staff did not contact or sent a message and mentioned as returned in the tracking status Again I reordered and this time the courier staff said the pincode is wrong and cancelled the order whereas I received other orders but the courier staff never behaved in this way .I don't know how the courier staff cancelled without the consent of the customer. Please look onto this matter and please don't let these staffs ruin the reputation of your company
