I has been tried lot of times to recharge but it has been failed can I get a reason

On 19th April, I recharged my father's Reliance Jio mobile number [protected] from https://rechindia.com/ site. But still in my Jio App, it is showing you have no currently active plan. But in rechindia.com website, the status is showing success and my payment also got deducted. Please help me. I am giving all my recharge details below.
