I booked the flight for my wife from Kanpur to Bangalore on 11th Feb'23, but Indigo has made the direct flight as a hault for 5 hours in mumbai and asked me to submit the option of either change of ticket or refund. On 20 Jan 2023 at 1435 hrs at Howrah railway station reservation counter, I did a payment transaction of Rs 2760.00 through gpay ( Transaction ID[protected], State bank of India). However, it was told to me that railway didn't receive the amount and ticket was not issued to me. At the same time, I was assured that the deducted amount will be credited into my account within 03 working days.
Now it's been 07 days...
