I took a reliance land line connection in july 2017 for our diagnostics center. Most of the time the signal is down and we are facing too many problems with the network. Customer care numbers are not working and we arent able to get the issues resolved. We are afraid of losing business due the bad service by reliance, as we have advertised this number extensively.

Our reliance landline bearing no:[protected], 30723332, 30723331, is not working from last 07days.

Request you to kindly look into and resolve the issue at the earliest. As it's being a hotel we are facing lot of problems from guest and loosing business. Even after paying the entire bill amount our phone says, temporarily out of service.

My landline phone is nt working from last 1 month nd i paid advanced payment of 4 months and i m trying alot to complaint in the call center bt no 1 is picking up the call. The call was always on hold keep waiting waiting and waiting bt no 1 receive d call... What to do now m nt understandin... And coz of that m suffering losses. Contact me on [protected]

We are facing frequent disconnection in our calls, whether it is phone problem or connection problem. We are facing it from past 1 month.

i recieved call from [protected] on 3 july 2014, this call from relience custmer care . the executive lady told me the offser of rs 51 for net or any other ... and today on 4 july 2014 my rs 51 cuts from main balance without my permission ...this is cheating and i will go to forum if not refund my balance, i also talk to custmer care at 198, but they did not respond me .. i cheated very badly and company will pay for it surly

My telephone is dead since 15 days.... i make 2 or 3 calls daily to the customer care of reliance... but event though my complain is not been solved... reliance people says the work will been done within 2 hours but work not done... kindly take some action accordingly... thanking you....

The Reliance Tele service provider promised me to give the number of my choice and after me selecting it and paying the money those guys automatically changed the number in their wish.Please dont buy any reliance products.I know ambani cannot come down for these issues. The only thing i can do is i will disconnect my service and make sure the news apread across IT Industries and make people not to buy Reliance products of its worst service to customers.

I have a coneection of a fixed line phone with broad band connection. the number of this connection is[protected]. The instrument of this connection was faulty company change the insutrument after given complaint by me. but the new instrument is a refresh instrument and not working properly. lots of time the same thing happne with me with my other connections pls provide me new instrument or disconnect the number.

Please refer to our complaint wherein we had got disconnected Reliance Landline no [protected] in the name of Baljit Singh, Hno 1172, sector 17, Huda , jagadhri. Yamuna Nagar, One and half years back.

Till Date after visiting your Reliance showroom(513-L, Paras ram chowk, Model Town, Ynr) numerous times, all we have received are wrong verbal promises.

While selling connections, Reliance representatives run after us , but on disconnection no one is bothered to update or refund the Security Deposit of Rs 3000 /- lying with Reliance.

I am writing this mail with a hope that we will receive a confirmation on the security deposit refund asap
This is our worst experience with Reliance.
Please treat this matter as urgent and reply with the solution asap.

For the last 3 months, I am facing problem with my bill payments and outgoing services. I have been regularly paying the bills before time through cheques. For last 3 months, my cheques are getting rejected by the Reliance company without providing me any reason and reliance team is barring my outgoing services.

On the first occasion, I called up customer care and they asked me to visit Reliance Web World at Khera Nagar, Santacrux(W). After quite a lot of debate and analysis, they started my outgoing and cleared the cheque.

Again the next month, same issue came and outgoing was barred. Everytime they want us to visit Web world to get the issue resolved. We said that we are not going to visit web world again and again, as the fault is due to lack of information from your end and incorrect processing of cheque. Such a behaviour is not tolerable by a reputed company like reliance.

This is the third time that my cheque has been rejected and outgoing services are cancelled. Moreover, this time in the bill they have added an addition late payment fees as well as the last month bill due. This bill was already cleared from my account.

Such a poor service and harrasment to the customer are intollerable.

I request you to look into this issue and get my services restored as soon as possible.

Also, request that in future cheque should be processed properly and in case it is rejected, the reason should be provided to me on phone customer support.

If such things continue in future, then it compells me to switch to another service provider with better services for the customer.

I Have a reliance land line phone i have complained abou the phone and the charger which is not working the reciever of the phone is not working but it is not working and even the charger is not working properly , i complained several times but no response , I am really fed up bythe service , but every month they dont forget to take the payment

my landline phone with the no:[protected] is dead since 8/2/2011 inspite of complaining there is no response.this problem occurs almost every 45days or 60 days,i want the line to be disconnected and the phone to be taken away and i 'm not ready to pay the bill for the month i had a dead phone in the house.there is no help from the nearest reliance communications kindly disconnect the line as we dont want to have it

my phone is not working properly last two days

I was using reliance landline phone no[protected], and I surrendered this phone along with complete Handset & charger (the equipment was in good working condition) in Reliance Web World, Raj Nagar Ghaziabad on 25th March 2007 after paying all the dues.

I paid my last bill (dated 11th April 2007) Amount Rs. 271.00 on 23rd April 2007 through internet banking.

In this case instead of receiving my security deposit of Rs. 1000.00 (Rupees One thousand only), I am receiving a bill every month. Upon receiving the bill I visit your office or Reliance web world and every time they just waive off my bill and next month again I receive a new bill. This scenario is going on for more than two years.

I am looking for some help/ intervention from your side to immediately take the appropriate action to stop these bills and release my security deposit ASAP.

whenever i call my reliance landline phone it will always say the phone is switch off. i call many times to customer care but no solution.

I (Govind Prasad Murarka), having a land line connection number[protected]. I am facing a problem regarding the network of the phone even after repetead complaints to the customer care my problem hasn't been resolved. I am a regular payer of the bill and have never defaulted in payment as per my best knowledge. A latest complaint has been launched on 21st of this month but to actions taken as yet. The technical engineer took my land line once and on receipt of my phone back it was alright for 2days but after that i am running after the network.
Please suggest me a way how to bring my phone to normal condition because it is very important for me and even teach them a lesson so that it is not repeated next time.

I hold a reliance landline phone i have requested to the change of address on 2nd feb2009 and my complaint reference number is[protected], when never i call the customer care they agree to tranfer my phone to my new adress but no one takes iniative to resolve it, when we approch the reliance showrooms each one finger point to other, i have ever seen a worst customer service, if the same conditions is going to be continued i have to disconnect my connection.Kinldy take a immediate action for this problem

I m using Reliance Land Line Phone bearing no.[protected], at my clinic JB-14, Qutub Plaza, Gurgaon & from last 2-months I regularly placing request at your Telephonic customer support system to disconnect this land line phone.

But there isn’t any progress till today 30th May’08, there is some Ref No’s:-

I really unable to understand why things are taking this much of time, whenever I calls them again they always says “sir your request is in progress, and it will take 14 days”

Could you tell me how many 14-Days have passed from 24th Apr’08 to 30th May’08 (It is when I don’t remember the Ref No: to my request which I placed before this 24th Apr’08)???

The Executive who are attending customers calls, they attend calls with fictitious Names & you can not trace them, when I got very much frustrated and started shouting on call, One of your executive (Nisha-floor supervisor) said “you, yourself withdrawn your Request of Disconnection your land line phone”, But when I asked her about the Ref No: / Date / of withdrawal of my Request to disconnection of land line phone. She was speechless.

Your Telephonic Customer Support System is beyond the Worst, we can think. The Executive who are sitting there to attend our calls are Liars, Dishonest to their work & Harassing Honest Customers.


This is just a way of harassing the honest customers, and making money from them only.

Now keep this letter as a proof that I m not going to pay a singly penny towards the Bill and other charges, after 24th Apr’08.

If you will not take any action Reg. my Telephone disconnection request in coming 7-working days from now, you will not find anybody to surrender your landline instrument & to pay reasonable amount of bill.

So its my humble request do not Mutually Insist me to take the help of Consumer Court.

This is guneet singh vedi my Res; is 364 subhash puri kanker khera meerut. my problem is after one year in my phone one technical component error those charge the battery. I ask so many time to reliacne customer care but they did not solve my problem. this one month time but my phone not working properly. and one thing is i also told to cutomer care,my July month bill is very high and i ask to please provide me detailed bill of this month but this is november these people not be able to provide me detailed bill/. Iam very fed up with this cutomer care behaviour so please look in to this matter.
