I have requested for a replacement front number plate and uploaded all relevant details as requested including FIR however I have been getting a constant error to upload RC, even after waiting for more than 2 weeks no resolution is provided. I Have installed Rosemerta GPS system in my vehcle but it will not work properly .

It has same problem since 6 months but no permanent solution is to provide to overcome this problem .

No person from Rosemerta is resolving my issue .

It shows "non Polling " status GPS vehicle status .
