Rosemerta — Problem in Rosmerta GPS system

I Have installed Rosemerta GPS system in my vehcle but it will not work properly .

It has same problem since 6 months but no permanent solution is to provide to overcome this problem .

No person from Rosemerta is resolving my issue .

It shows "non Polling " status GPS vehicle status .

Our IMEI no is [protected] & last updated on 29.09.2021 .

Please help us to provide complete solution .
