I bought a suit, did cash on delivery, but instead found a used old saree, and they dont reply to any mail nor any call, i wasted my 850 rs, and now they have changed their name to MANUTALA as i can see...

I ordered a suit and received an old saree.

I ordered rs838suit but they sent old damaged saree, I complain through emai whic is only option they provide but they did not respond
It's completely fraud

I have order off white embroidered cotton set.but received very pathetic quality different product.which is totally different.i mail them soo many times but they didn't reply.only 7 days return policy today is 5th day still no response from there side.there service is very poor and bad don't buy products from there web side it's totally fraud . please file complaint against them .I request you.

I have purchased 2 dresses from this site but they have sent me 2 old sarees that also 1 is torn. As for refund i have sent them mail but there is no reply. Than i got 1 number from Facebook I contacted that they asked me to share the otp for refund. Than i was sure they are trying to fool me I disconnected the call. I have seen still people are ordering from the same site. Please stop it and help us to get our money back.
