Updated by Rohit98786 They did what everybody has suffered. They called me by the number [protected] the person name was SONALI MISHRA. She said company has sent me 2 mails to "Solve" this issue i have to read it CAREFULLY and if not understand have to call them to have doubts. Then i handed over my call to my mother and elder sister since i have discussed whole issue with them and even before they were knowing that i have started to work for RESUME FORM FILLING. When my family tried to ask what things i have done wrong then someone VISHAL RATHORE or some Male pull the call and ask who is it speaking? where is Rohit Pandey and what is your name? My family said that I am right next to them but first they have to tell what was the mistake.
They were not ready to listen and were repeating that I have to read those 2 emails carefully and reply or respond within 5-10 minutes. These are 2 following emails which was same to same as Abhi08

1) Dear Rohit,

We have received notification regarding your Project I.D Blocked due to some sort of mistake from your end while working, we request you to provide us explanation for the mistake on priority. Below are the points, due to which such error occurred from your end so kindly, go through all the points once.

>>The issue which you are facing currently, only occurs due to the use of Multiple Systems (If you use 1 Mobile And 1 Laptop or If you use 2 Laptops or If you use 2 Mobiles) or such issue occurs only when different Internet Protocol Addresses (I.P Addresses) are detected or such issue occurs if you do not follow the sequence of Login/Logout (First Login and Then Logout or First Logout and Then Login entries should come) properly.

>>Right now we cannot provide you the exact reason for such issue but you do not need to worry we will help you out with the reason and also with the solution for such issue asap.

>>We have forwarded your E-Mail regarding the issue, your signed agreement with our company and your verification call recording which you had with our executive before start of the work to our Client and they will surely provide us a positive reply as early as possible.

>>The process could take at least 24-48 hours for the solution to be received. Your all typed Resumes are in the panel safe and secure so you do not need to worry regarding the forms. We will try to get this issue resolved as soon as possible and in minimum time.

>>You will surely get extension of time to complete this project as currently your time is getting wasted.

***You will receive a call from our Department once the solution is received. We request you to co-operate with us. Your issue will be solved on priority. We will get back to you soon. ***

2) SOLUTION FOR ACTIVATION/TERMINATION YOUR PROJECT I.D
Dear Rohit Jagadamba Prasad Pandey,

We have received a notification regarding your Project I.D blocked and as a result our company's server is damaged. We are here to help you with the best possible solution for the same which will be beneficial for you and the company both. We will convey you the solutions and we kindly request you to confirm us with one solution provided from the company's end which you want to follow, so that your Project I.D can start again and you can earn payment for your Project I.D.

Firstly let us brief you regarding the importance of the agreement done between you and the company and also regarding the importance of the digitally signed agreement by you.

In India, electronic and certificate-based digital signatures are regulated by the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act) and the following rules made under this Act:

Information Technology (Certifying Authorities) Rules, 2000; Digital Signature (End Entity) Rules, 2015; and Information Technology (Use of Electronic Records and Digital Signature) Rules, 2004. PROJECT TERMINATION:- Freelancer should do a Proper Login in the panel and then Proper Logout from the panel and there should always be an equal number of Login Entries and Logout Entries in the panel. And your I.D. can get terminated without any intimation and Freelancer compulsory needs to clear compensation for damage to online server or corruption of the data. The company reserves the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect.

BENEFIT: YOU WILL GET N.O.C (NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE) LETTER FROM OUR COMPANY AND YOUR CASE WILL BE CLOSED BY OUR ORGANIZATION AND NO FURTHER ACTION WOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST YOU AND YOU WILL GET THE BENEFIT TO EARN PAYMENT FOR TYPED FORMS ALSO.

AS PER THE AGREEMENT, SERVER CRASH CHARGES SHOULD BE PAID ON IMMEDIATE BASIS AND SO AFTER DISCUSSION WITH THE LEGAL TEAM WE ARE APPROVING
PAYMENT TIME FOR YOU TILL 01:00 PM.

Non Payment: An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per article 14 shall be imposed on you if you do not solve this case outside the court with our technical team or legal associate, you might need to pay the total loss including the expense of advocates, traveling expenses, notary charges, affidavit charges, summons fees, court fees, processing charges, etc. to the company and it may cost up to 80, 000/- INR to 1, 00, 000 /- INR.

Summon Letter: If you don't reply us on given time period, it means that you agree and you may be at fault, and as per the notice you are disrespecting the notice and law so a summon letter will be issued to notify a named party that a case involving it and that it must appear on the stated date to answer the charges or give evidence. Failure to obey a summons may result in an issue of an arrest warrant and not settling the dispute will land you in mess and we need to forward this case further for arbitrary proceedings.

After I didn't respond them and answered their calls and whatsapp messages they send me 3rd mail

3) LEGAL NOTICE ON BEHALF OF MY CLIENT
Dear Rohit Jagadamba Prasad Pandey,

I have attached the legal notice against you on behalf of my
client. Please find the attachment of the Legal notice. I request you to
do provide me your reply asap or I need to hear from your Advocate
within next couple of hours. Otherwise I will be forced to submit this
Legal notice by tomorrow and will carry on Legal process against you.

If you don't want to go through Legal process then do revert me on
priority or pay the server charges, which company suffered a loss due to
your mistake by going against terms and conditions of the company.

After this as I have reviewed all cases on this websites and watched all videos on youtube and read opinions on Quora I blocked all their contact numbers, whatsapp number, reported email id as phising.

Please leave your opinion and suggestion of what next i can do.
