Amount of INR 1700 not refunded

I had booked a to and fro ticket on 06th Aug 2014 from Hyderabad to Pune, directly through saharabus.com, amount of INR 1700 was deducted, but the ticket was not booked . I had booked the same seat for Hyd to Pune on 7th Aug through Abhibus .Amount of INR 1700 which was deducted from account is not yet refunded .
I tried calling the all the Mobile Numbers which was given to me and which are available online, but of no use .Either no one is picking the call, or no one is properly responding .
HDFC bank had confirmed me that the amount was transferred to Sahara Bus account on 08th Aug and also provided me the reference number for that .
Please help me in getting my money back .

I bkd a bus tkt online, but after a debit to my bank acct, the tkt was not issued. This hapnd on 29 dec 2013.
I made over 100 calls .The response was stupid. New reps would come aand after listening to the issue would say they would get back...they never did. My nbr was marked and sometimes it would just be left hanging.
I phoned Mushtaq, possibly the chief person=MD. He was very rough blamed for delay and said it cant be refunded.
I sent emails, feedbacks, SMS apart from over 100 ph calls. Even 2 regd letters are unreplied.
Will someone advise me on how to recover the amount? Sahara bus, lak.di.ka.pool, hyderabad.
