I purchased iphone 6s from us on 23nov 2015 and the phone has international warranty & after 8months i started experiencing the battery & phone hanging problem. I approached the apple customer care centre in model town jalandhar & they just updated the phone and said the phone is fine. This thing it happened many times and i approached the same jalandhar customer care 5 times & every time they just use to update & return me the handset. Even at their recommendations i extended my warranty for one more year and then on 18 nov 17 when i approached apple service centre in jammu they said that the battery consumption is more as the cycles of battery are 804 n warranty is till 500cycles so they cannot do anything. The problem which i am facing is not only of battery but also touchscreen nt working, phone hanging n screen getting blind but they say that now it cannot be done as the warranty is going to be finished. Now the fault is at the service centre as they had never attended me properly and never fwd the handset for the rectification. My humble request is that my iphone should be replaced as i am facing so much problems. I had already deposited my phone with the customer service centre in jammu.

Thereafter the crime branch handed the goods to Mehruali Police station. It is to be noted that the 189 articles were later handed over to national museum by the police.

I booked this product on dt. 20.05.16 and i received this on 25.05.16. Against inv. No - 27275/2016-17/6780
The product is gone damaged and i want to change this against this is under warranty on one year, as i saw about this product before purchasing.
I had try contact to paytm customer care so many times but there is not any specific contact no. Where i registered my complain, thats the way i am submitting my complain on your website.
