I have ordered a travel bag from sanitizo website recently for 1000/- but the quality of the bag is too cheap it's not a worth of 1000/- it is 300-400 worth i have searched it on Amazon too yesterday for the price. I have mailed to the support team that they have provided on the website but couldn't deliver and it's showing that the email doesn't exist and the phone number too doesn't exist. I placed my order online (639 rs) for cleaning rag. They have taken the money and there was no confirmation from their end regarding the order and looks like a fraudulent company because both email id as well as mobile number are not working...

Placed an order today by paying Rs. 629 through Phonepe but got a blank confirmation form with no order reference or the order details. Complained to Phonepe & Bank but they couldn't help.

Called company nbr [protected] but nbr doesn't exist... sent email to [protected]@sanitizo.co but it bounced back undelivered.

I placed order for 02 qty for Rs 899 by paying online by credit card. After payment no details like order-id were available. Also the contact details and online support address is wrong. Email and moble address are wrong....

Took money online. Paid 539 as prepaid for scratch remover product order.
No order details over mail or message.
Customer support number when dial’d says doesn’t exist. Customer support mail id bounced.

Placed an order online on
www.sanitizo.co. made a payment of 539/ via Google Pay.
Got a email confirmation.. But with no contact details.. Product order details etc.
When i called the contact number ..a mobile number mentioned in their website... I am getting a voice message informing that the number doesn't exist.
My mail to their email id mentioned on their website has bounced .
This site is a fraud portal duping online customers.
I contacted Google Pay to reverse the amount sighting that the website is a scam but they were not helpful. Have lodged a complaint to Google too informing about this fraud website.
