RTO services - payment taken but phone switched off
Sanjay nagpal promised to get my RTO work done. Had taken 1000 rupees advance. But after taken the advance he has switched off his phone. On checking on the consumer court forum. I have got to know multiple people who have been duped by Sanjay.

Sanjay Nagpal has picked up the phone, and has promised to complete the work and share all the documents by today evening. Post him handing over the documents the issue will be resolved.

Sanjay nagpal RTO Agent ([protected]) duped my money and also not transfer my ownership of vehicle i used to call him so many times but ge uses abusive language and also toucher me mentally not im asking him to return my original document but he refuse i am in trouble now i don't know what to do now i tried to call him but he blocked my number and also block me on whatsapp

this shamim is fraud person his all docs is fake.we asked to him present seller for sign he refused to present. we don't have any kind of documents of this person if he has given than proof it. and he is marking us as a fraud because we asked to present owner seller he refused and said take money and do without it.i scolded him and told him to leave. that's y he is putting fake info.

He has done the same thing to me. He has taken advance of 1000 rupees to get my Car RC documentaation done. But he has switched off his phone and is abusing me and saying cops and police and lawyers can't do anything to him.
