They guys are doing fraud online . They took money online after that they don't send parcel and not even replying me and my friend paid them 599/ now they are not even replying and they close their site as well .

I placed an online order via this Instagram handle of INR 399. The delivery period was 3-4 days, but it's been 9 days I didn't receive the product neither any update nor shipment message regarding it. I have been texting the person for 9 days, but he/she is not replying also i can see the person active posting stories and posts on Instagram. I would like to get my refund back and take this account down do nobody else has to face same issue.
