I placed an online order via this Instagram handle of INR 399. The delivery period was 3-4 days, but it's been 15 days I didn't receive the product neither any update nor shipment message regarding it. I have been texting the person for 15 days, but he/she is not replying also i can see the person active posting stories and posts on Instagram. I would like to get my refund back and take this account down do nobody else has to face same issue.
