I have paid the fees through upi option successfully yet the website is showing it to be failed and saying to pay again, the amount of 500 has been deducted from my account and its still showing failed on learner's license failed payment...

Hi I am complaining about sarathi service applied for learning license on 04-may-2021 and within a week it shows as signature and photo authorisation but after more than two months the status still same nothing has changed I tried to contact them thru helpline no. But no one pick up the call and after that I mailed them as well as give feedback about my problem but I got no response from there I am tired of there service even it is a government...
