Hi I am complaining about sarathi service applied for learning license on 04-may-2021 and within a week it shows as signature and photo authorisation but after more than two months the status still same nothing has changed I tried to contact them thru helpline no. But no one pick up the call and after that I mailed them as well as give feedback about my problem but I got no response from there I am tired of there service even it is a government website I don't why they are so irresponsible. Please help me either they clear my application or refund my 1090 rupees.
